CONDITION OF COLLECTION
• The Waste Packaging Producer must meet the following requirements:
• All Packaging is emptied adequately. All excessive amounts of residue may incur a disposal cost.
• All product labels are intact and clearly legible.
• No other products other than the product label are contained in the package.
• A minimum collection quantity determination will be made based on the volume to be collected and the collection location.
• Note that disposal charges may be incurred if the packaging is not in a reusable or recyclable condition.
